Vibration Draining Machine
Introduction
The vibration drainer is made of stainless steel, and the vibration source is generated by the exciter, so that the material is thrown forward on the screen for linear motion. This equipment is recommended to be installed in the pipeline for better results. Mainly used in dehydrated vegetables, food, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.
Instructions for use
1. The body is fixed horizontally on the concrete foundation;
2. The two vibration motors turn towards each other;
3． The adjustment of the excitation force can be adjusted according to the type, weight and screening speed of the materials;
4． Excitation force adjustment steps:
(1) Remove the two vibration motor covers separately;
(2) Use an Allen wrench to remove an Allen screw on the balance weight;
(3) Use a wrench to loosen the motor shaft nut;
(4) Turn the balance weight to the next screw hole position;
Note: The adjustment directions of the balance weights at both ends of the motor should be the same, and the adjustment sizes of the balance weights of the two motors should be the same. The closer the counterweight is to the fixed counterweight, the greater the vibration force, and the smaller the opposite.
(5) Tighten the hexagon socket screws, tighten the nuts, and secure the cover.

1. Strictly abide by working rules and safe operating procedures;
2. Vibration motor can be protected according to common motor methods;
3. Always check that the screws are loose due to vibration.
