Vegetable dehydration equipment manufacturing center of Ministry of agriculture was established in Taizhou

Recently, equipment manufacturing center of vegetable dehydration and processing technology integration base was established in Taizhou Ligong fruit and vegetable Machinery Co., Ltd.




Vegetable dehydration and processing technology integration base is a key project approved by the Ministry of agriculture of Jiangsu University, with a construction fund of 10.66 million yuan. According to the requirements, the construction of the project includes the reconstruction of 730 square meters of pilot plant, the construction of four sets of equipment, including vegetable pretreatment technology, vegetable dehydration, vegetable product sorting, sterilization and packaging, and intelligent warehouse. "Ligong company is a graduate workstation and R & D center of Jiangsu University, with strong R & D and manufacturing capacity. The equipment manufacturing center is located in Ligong company, which is convenient for technology R & D and transformation of technological achievements." Said Cheng Xiaonong, vice president of Jiangsu University.

The company is also the main drafter of fresh fruit and vegetable cutting standard, which was promulgated and implemented by Ministry of industry and information technology on March 1, 2016.




Since 2008, Jiangsu University has relied on Ligong company to study the technology of "high temperature bleaching and blanching and dehumidification" which has many disadvantages in dehydration industry, forming the scientific and technological achievements of "catalytic infrared dehumidification and drying technology". In April 2015, the technology was transformed by Ligong fruit and vegetable Machinery Co., Ltd. and obtained special funds for the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements of the province. In April 2016, Ligong company produced the first infrared dry process production line. The production line * is at the international * level. This equipment replaces the traditional hot water blanching and cyaniding process, saves the hot water blanching and boiling process, reduces the nutrient loss of fruits and vegetables, reduces the sewage discharge, and improves the cleanliness of the workshop.
