Structural features and working principles
The main part of the machine consists of a frame, an upper and lower drive shaft, a deceleration drive assembly, a filter belt, a cleaning belt component, a feeding component, a cloth device, a tensioning device, a correction device, a booster device, a safety protection device, and a gas generator. Installation and adjustment
1.The space on both sides of the filter press must not be less than 2.5m
2. During the hoisting process, it should not be carried by pressure rollers.
3. After positioning, level it with a spirit level and fix the support base.
4. Check whether each pressure roller runs flexibly one by one.
5. Add prescribed grease to each pressure roller.
6. Check whether each water tank is installed firmly.
7. Connect all kinds of power and control electrical equipment, and install each level and material level control electrical equipment.
8. The power-on equipment is tested separately. See the steering sign for pump steering.
9. Is the gas test circuit correct?
10. Trial operation, and repeatedly test whether the safe stop is effective and whether the corrective device is effective
11. Cut off the power supply, clean the whole machine, and install the filter press belt without obstacles that hinder the belt operation.

4. Turn on the main power (the spindle speed is controlled at 8r / min), turn on the distribution roller, the cleaning pump, and the return pump after there is a certain amount of water in the water collection tank.
5. Start the feed pump or elevator.
6. Depending on the water capacity in the storage tank during production, it is not as good as clean water in a timely manner.
7. Shut down the feed pump or elevator when the machine is stopped, and clean the upper and lower belts with no load. After the belts are cleaned, close the cleaning pump and the return pump. Spray the rotating cloth roller and other parts except the filter belt to keep the inside and outside of the machine clean. Turn off the power and air source and open the air release valve.
Six, maintenance
1. Regularly inspect the equipment, and regularly inject grease into each lubricating part (such as bearing parts and gear parts).
2. Fill the reducer with lubricating oil in a timely manner. When the main power is a continuously variable transmission, ub-1 traction fluid must be added (see the label on the aircraft for details).

4. Switch on the total air intake, switch on the airbag air pipe, open the air valve to supply air, and slowly move the deflection baffle by hand to see if the airbag and air pipe installation are synchronized, and the two air pipes are not synchronized.
5. According to the specific working conditions, adjust the forward and backward position of the deflection baffle in time to advance and retreat, and also move the bracket as a whole to adjust it to the best position and be firm.
6. The deflection baffle must always be in contact with the mesh belt. The center of gravity can be adjusted to the side of the mesh belt in a small range, but it must be noted that the direction of the file on the shaft is always upward and parallel to the center line of the valve
