V. working principle
The material from the previous process is dropped into the bucket by the feeding hopper and the conveyor hoist, and the bucket is rotated at high speed instantly. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material contained in the liquid is thrown through the hole of the drum filter plate to the shell. On the inner wall, the liquid is discharged from the water outlet after the collection, and the solid (material) remains on the rotating wall. The instantaneous rotation speed decreases by the resistance brake. Six, precautions for operation
1. The drum must be uniformly fed by the feeder under normal rotation. The limit of feeding is 15-25 kg. Be careful not to rotate eccentrically and damage the equipment.
2. The centrifugal water shaker must be operated by a special person. It is not allowed to change people at will, it is not allowed to increase the limit of loading at will, and it is not allowed to plunge the material by hand.
3. Before turning on the power, you must check whether the motor part and the connecting bolts are tight, and whether the V-belt is adjusted to an appropriate tightness.
4. The tightening direction is in accordance with the direction indicated by the arrow.
5. The operation procedure of the electric control cabinet must meet the requirements. The time of each process adjusted by the touch screen must be based on the time required for the material. The feeding limit is controlled by the hopper gate and the feeding time. The feeding during rotation is adjusted by the control program and the touch screen time.
6. The operator should also read the instruction manual of the air compressor at the same time.
Installation of the automatic centrifugal water shaker
1. The centrifuge should be fixed on the overall concrete foundation, install three anchor screws, and perform level correction.
2. Adjusting feet are installed for feeding and discharging, and the overall level needs to be corrected during installation.
3. The electrical control cabinet needs a safety grounding protection device.
Because the main motor, reducer, electrical and parts of the machine are imported parts specified by the user.

Eight, maintenance, cleaning and maintenance
The biggest difficulty of the centrifugal automatic water thrower (dehydrator) is to separate the suspension, the corrosive solution, the cooked leafy vegetables, and various kinds of granular condensate into the holes or the wall of the bucket. The long time affects the next process, so it needs to be washed and cleaned regularly.
1. Depending on the material, the degree of blockage is different, and the frequency of the flushing time is different. Normally, it is flushed every 3-8 hours.
2. Normally flush and clean the incoming and outgoing materials every time. Use the air gun to blow off the relevant parts. The water pipe is connected to the outer bucket and the inner bucket, and the bottom inlet is flushed with water. If necessary, use a high-pressure water gun to align. Rinse the inner wall of the bucket.
3. Flush all health corners according to the above before suspending holidays.
4. Do not change the automatic operation procedure of the centrifuge at will.
