Instructions for use
1. The body is fixed horizontally on the concrete foundation;
2. The two vibration motors turn towards each other;
3. The adjustment of the excitation force can be adjusted according to the type, weight and screening speed of the materials;
4. Excitation force adjustment steps:
(1) Remove the two vibration motor covers respectively;
(2) Use an Allen wrench to remove an Allen screw on the balance block;
(3) Loosen the motor shaft nut with a wrench;
(4) Turn the balance weight to the next screw hole position;
Note: The adjustment direction of the balance weights at both ends of the motor should be the same, and the adjustment weights of the two motors should be the same. The closer the balance weight is to the fixed balance weight, the larger the vibration force is, and vice versa.
(5) Tighten the hexagon socket screws, tighten the nuts, and secure the cover.
